The Albuquerque Concert Band is an all-volunteer organization presenting programs of fine music for concert band in the Albuquerque area throughout the year.

2025 Bruce Kroken Memorial Scholarship

Applications for the 2025 Bruce Kroken Memorial Scholarship are now being accepted. A $1500 scholarship will be awarded to one High School Band Member in New Mexico. The scholarship is open to graduating seniors that plan to register and play in a music ensemble in college. The recipient will present a solo performance at the April 6 concert of the Albuquerque Concert Band. To apply, you must submit a virtual audition by Friday March 7, 2025. 2024/2025 Fall/Winter Concert Series

The Albuquerque Concert Band typically performs its Fall/Winter concert series in the George Nason Performing Arts Center at Eldorado High School. Performances are usually held on the first Sunday of each month at 3:00pm, October through April, except for the December holiday concert, which is held at the KIMO Theatre in downtown Albuquerque, and there is no concert in January.

Eldorado High School is located at 11300 Montgomery Blvd NE - Just east of Juan Tabo, on Montgomery Blvd NE. Entrance is on Juan Tabo, just south of Montgomery.

The ACB presents a concert of small ensemble performances including members, friends, and colleagues of the band.

All of our concerts are free of charge to the public (except for ticketed events). Our band is supported by the City of Albuquerque and private donations.
